You need sometime for yourself to give your mind a rest to just stop and say this is my moment. You deserve a moment of peace to relax your mind and put your mind and thoughts on yourself and not everyone else. Find a place where you are comfortable a chair or your bed, but go to that place, close your eyes and use your imagination to put mind in a peaceful place, you deserve a minute of two for yourself.
